Recruiting

Actively search for IT trainers, project managers, developers, and other colleagues via platforms such as FreelancerMap and Malt
Run interviews and assess candidates against screening criteria

HR management

Onboard new colleagues: first conversations, account setup, introducing the company, values, and team
Maintain the team calendar and organise cover for absences
Collect employee feedback and course-correct when needed

Operations

Plan, coordinate, and monitor our operational processes
Act as the interface between departments for a smooth flow of information
Identify and implement optimisation opportunities
Keep operations in Notion, and align website upkeep with the team

Your profile

IT knowledge is welcome but not required
First experience in recruiting or organisation is a plus
